Customer Submission Responsibility
The customer is responsible for submitting accurate, complete, and lawful materials. The quality and usefulness of the audit depends on the quality and completeness of the information provided.
No Promise of Approval or Passing
Purchase of this service does not guarantee profitability, prop-firm approval, evaluation passing, suitability for live trading, or any specific performance outcome.
Turnaround Time
Audit delivery is typically provided within 5 to 7 business days after all required materials have been received. Delivery times may vary depending on volume, complexity, or incomplete submissions.
Refund Policy
Because this service involves time, review, and analysis work, refunds are not guaranteed once review work has begun. If a customer has not yet submitted required materials, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the business.
